Bethel Karate is run by Sensei Kristen O’connor, of Maine Kyokushin Karate.
Traditional Japanese Karate founded by Masutatsu Oyama, Sosai and led today by Hatsuo Royama, Kancho. Training body and mind to work as one. Our goal is simple, to be better then we were today… tomorrow. OSU!
